OFFICE MANAGER WITH OVER 25 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE LEGAL FIELD
Jill Lee is the Portland Office Manager, responsible for the business management and day-to-day administrative operations of the Portland office, including oversight of non-lawyer personnel. She works closely with the Director of Operations and the HR team to support the implementation of firm-wide initiatives. Jill balances a thorough, detail-oriented approach with a well-developed understanding of systems and an eye for the big picture.

Jill joined Bullivant in 1993. She took a hiatus from the firm in 2004 to raise her two children and volunteer in their public school. She returned to the firm full-time in 2014 as a litigation paralegal. Drawing on her experience as a paralegal, Jill supports Portland’s paralegals, legal assistants, and legal support staff, ensuring they have the tools they need to support our attorneys in providing excellent client service.

When Jill is not working, she is playing tennis, spending time with her family, drifting on her stand up paddleboard, hiking, or just enjoying life. She is a dedicated family and community member who values spending quality time with people and forging strong relationships.
