Julia Batdorff has more than 20 years of experience, with a focus on commercial litigation, including professional liability cases with clients in the real estate, construction, legal, and accounting industries, as well as securities cases, intellectual property disputes, and employment lawsuits.  She has worked on matters regarding state or federal government investigations and responses to agency complaints. She has been involved in all phases of litigation, including factual investigation, discovery, motion practice, and trial.

Julia has been with Bullivant Houser since 2000.  She is proficient at data collection, review, and the management of voluminous electronically stored information, using document databases, and coordinating with forensic experts.
