Makenzie Kaiser is an associate in the firm’s Casualty Law Group. She represents clients in a broad range of civil defense matters, including auto accidents, construction defect claims, dram shop liability, wrongful death, and product liability cases. Her clients include commercial carriers, small businesses, and construction companies, and she especially enjoys opportunities to represent women-owned businesses.
Makenzie brings over a decade of experience in management and customer service from her career before legal practice, and this experience has shaped her approach to client service. She is known for being fair-minded, dependable, and grounded in strong follow-through. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate her ability to make people feel respected, heard, and genuinely cared for during times that are often the most stressful experiences of their lives. She believes in helping clients navigate uncertainty with clarity and confidence, finding the truth in both sides of any matter, and coming to resolutions that are mutually beneficial for all involved.
