Taylor Lovelace is an associate in Bullivant’s Business group. Their experience with civil litigation includes complex litigation, professional liability litigation, class action matters, and pre-litigation investigations.

Taylor received their J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School. While studying at Lewis & Clark, they worked as a law clerk in the Bonneville Power Administration’s Office of General Counsel, primarily analyzing employment disputes (EEOC and MSPB complaints). During this time, they also served as the business editor for the Animal Law Review and as a Teaching Fellow for the Academic Enhancement Program. After graduating, Taylor served as the judicial clerk to the Honorable Judge Beth A. Allen in Multnomah County, gaining invaluable courtroom experience.

Prior to their legal career, they were a front-line healthcare worker with experience working in assisted living facilities, hospital telemetry units, and postpartum care. Taylor draws on their experience working with vulnerable populations to represent clients with tenacity and compassion.
