LaDonna Luu serves as the Regional Office Manager for Bullivant’s Washington, Oregon, and California offices. She is responsible for all aspects of business management and day-to-day administrative operations, including oversight of non-lawyer personnel. LaDonna works closely with the Director of Operations and the HR team to support the implementation of firm-wide initiatives, maintain consistency with best practices firm-wide. She has a strong background in law firm management and has been called “the relationship builder”. This comes from her experience working as a Legal Assistant and Paralegal and her thoughtful approach to bridging gaps amongst departments.

When LaDonna is not working, she is spending time with her husband travelling, finding new restaurants to explore or reading a cozy mystery.
