Sharina is the Manager of Attorney Recruiting and Professional Development for Bullivant. She focuses on the firm-wide acquisition of attorney talent in conjunction with the firm’s strategic plan, from law students to lateral attorneys. Her focus is on the design, implementation, and advancement of various initiatives related to the professional development of our attorneys and paralegals. She also oversees the firm’s Associate Mentoring Program and Summer Associate Program. Sharina also assists firm leadership with the implementation of Bullivant’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.

Sharina is a self-starting legal talent professional with a passion for designing impactful programs that advance attorneys’ careers and contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment. She is adept at facilitating professional development and mentorship initiatives and coordinating evaluation and education programs.

When not at work, Sharina enjoys traveling, exploring botanical gardens, keeping up on pop culture, and trying different cuisines. She can often be found reading, paddle boarding, or picnicking in the park.
