Rachel O’Hanlon is an associate in Bullivant’s Casualty group. She has experience representing corporate clients in complex commercial and insurance litigation matters, including construction defect, slip-and-fall, landlord-tenant, premises liability, and construction contract disputes.
Rachel graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law in 2022. While in law school, she externed for the Honorable Chief Justice Steven C. González of the Washington State Supreme Court, and also worked in her school’s Intellectual Property Trademark Law Clinic. Prior to law school, she earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. She is also a two-time recipient of the Fulbright Scholar Award of the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program.
