Daniel Park is a member of Bullivant Houser’s Casualty group. He represents businesses and individuals in civil litigation matters relating to personal injury, products liability, toxic tort, breach of contract, fraud, and other commercial disputes. With over 16 years of litigation experience, Daniel has successfully defended clients from a broad variety of industries in Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. He has extensive experience in maritime and transportation litigation, including claims for Jones Act negligence, unseaworthiness, passenger injuries, cargo damage, repair defects, charter party disputes, and vessel arrests and attachments.
