David Schor is an associate in Bullivant’s Casualty Law group with more than a decade of experience as a civil litigator.

David worked as a government lawyer and a plaintiff’s attorney prior to dedicating his practice to civil defense of Oregon clients. This diverse experience informs his tailored approach to the defense of client matters that draws on a broad understanding of the motivations of all parties.

David’s experience in civil defense includes moving cases from pre-litigation through motion practice, settlement, trial preparation, and remand. David has worked on matters including general liability, automobile liability, premises liability, dram shop liability, business disputes, wrongful death, personal injury, HOA disputes, and employer liability. He is especially adept at identifying and overcoming obstacles to settlement and his clients appreciate his insights into case strategy and his ability to distill complex disputes into solvable problems.

In addition to his service as an attorney, David supports the local snow sports community as a member of the Mountain Communications team at Mt. Hood Meadows Ski Resort, where he applies his skills in conditions reporting and marketing for the benefit of the skiing and snowboarding public.
