Alicia Soine has a background in complex litigation including toxic torts, medical malpractice, products liability, and environmental law. She currently works in managing multi-million dollar product and premises liability asbestos cases.
Alicia has been with Bullivant since 2015 and brings a wide array of legal skills to the firm having worked over her 25 years as a clerk, legal assistant, paralegal, executive assistant, and office manager.

She has extensive experience in asbestos litigation and regularly prepares for and assists with trials. Alicia conducts legal research, investigation, document summaries, discovery review, client reporting, legal writing, and works directly with clients, insurers, and vendors. She has also directed and overseen the implementation of new software to better manage client contacts, efficient electronic data management, training new hires, marketing, and billing.
Alicia attended the 2021 Occupational Lung Disease Seminar given by Dr. Victor Roggli, a prestigious pathologist and professor at Duke University and expert in asbestos-related diseases.
