SEASONED PROFESSIONAL WITH 20+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN LITIGATION
Stephanie Wilken has more than 20 years of litigation experience in the areas of product liability, personal injury, commercial litigation, and government entity law. Prior to her paralegal career, she worked as a court reporter for a private reporting firm handling depositions and state licensing board proceedings. At Bullivant Houser, she has managed numerous high-exposure mass tort cases, performed an integral role in preparing for mediation in a multi-million-dollar contractual dispute arising from an upgrade to a public utility, and managed a complex, high-volume public records release for a special purpose municipal corporation.
In addition to her paralegal role, Stephanie has served as an editorial assistant for the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel’s quarterly publication The Verdict for over 15 years.

OUTSIDE THE FIRM
Prior to her paralegal career, Stephanie obtained a Master of Fine Arts degree in Printmaking from the University of Minnesota. She has exhibited her work in numerous juried and invitational exhibitions in North Carolina, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Oregon, and Washington; has been a member of a cooperative gallery in Seattle; and has been accepted to art residency programs in North Dakota and Wyoming. In her free time, she continues to pursue her artistic interests.
