John Carley
John Carley defends clients in complex civil litigation matters primarily involving personal and catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims related to premises or product liability. He also brings significant experience assisting on construction defect and eminent domain cases. John’s strong analytical skillset and early courtroom experience prove helpful in sifting through and putting together all the pieces of the puzzle in complicated cases. His work representing clients in high-stakes lawsuits and background as a college athlete serve him well in working as part of a team and interacting with different parties across the table to arrive at a resolution that works for everyone. John began practicing law in 2014 and joined Bullivant in 2021 working in the firm’s Casualty group. He was elected as a firm Shareholder effective January 1, 2025.
Daniel J. Park
Daniel Park represents businesses and individuals in civil litigation matters relating to personal injury, products liability, toxic tort, breach of contract, fraud, and other commercial disputes. With 18 years of litigation experience, Daniel has successfully defended clients from a broad variety of industries in Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. He has extensive experience in maritime and transportation litigation, including claims for Jones Act negligence, unseaworthiness, passenger injuries, cargo damage, repair defects, charter party disputes, and vessel arrests and attachments. Daniel has practiced law since 2007 and joined the firm in 2023, and he is a member of Bullivant’s Casualty group. He was elected as a firm Shareholder effective January 1, 2025.
Lisa M. Cronin
Lisa Cronin has more than two decades of experience in insurance coverage law. Her background is in working as in-house counsel for an industry-leading insurer, and she brings this depth of practical and technical knowledge to her work on client matters. Lisa delivers thorough, insightful client service to top national insurers and has a pragmatic, incisive view focused on identifying and navigating obstacles, resolving conflict, and achieving favorable outcomes for her clients. Lisa was elected as a Shareholder effective October 1, 2024 and has practiced law since 2000.
Christina Anh Ho
Christina Anh Ho is a talented attorney with 14 years of experience in insurance coverage matters as well as first-party litigation. She also has experience in third-party litigation and is a trusted counselor to leading insurers along the West Coast. Christina joined Bullivant’s Insurance group as a Shareholder on October 1, 2024, and has been in practice since 2011.
